Shipping & Handling Policy

Shipping & handling is available within the USA, US territories, US Military Bases. International Air Cargo is available. For US continental 48 States shipping and handling charge is $18.25 Orders over 30 LBS. Oversized packages, special-order products, Engines, Commershal or Shop Customers, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, (+$86.00) US Territories and Canada may cost additional. You will be informed via e-mail before your order is shipped if there are any additional costs. Sorry, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Orders for in-stock items will usually ship within 3-5 business days. All standard size packages weighing less than 15 lbs. for destinations within the 48 US continental States are shipped via UPS Ground. Packages containing aerosols or chemicals, packages over 15 lbs., or oversize boxes are shipped via UPS Ground. Some additional charges may apply to wholsale customers. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, (+$86.00) US Territories & Canada. Military Bases are normally shipped via UPS Ground.

Some items may be "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacturer. Most drop-shipments are sent via UPS Ground and generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

To speed delivery of your order and ensure safe delivery, we may ship items from the same order in more than one box. All shipping charges are based on the total cost of your order. So, you will only be charged one low delivery pric, and you will not be charged additional shipping, unless it is equipment over 20 lbs. Some shipping charges may apply to wholsale and equipment customers via YELLOW FREIGHT.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you of your UPS Tracking Number via e-mail. Tracking numbers may be provided when products are being drop-shipped directly by a manufacturer or when your order is shipped using a carrier other than UPS.

Out-Of Stock or Back-Ordered Merchandise Although most orders are shipped complete within 3-5 business days, occasionally an item is either back-ordered or no longer available. In these instances, you will be contacted via e-mail within 4 to 6 business days from the time you place your order. If an item is back-ordered you will have the option to either cancel the back-ordered product or have it shipped to you when available without incurring any additional shipping charges.

Payment Methods CREDIT CARD: We accept American Express, VISA, Master Card, Diners Club, and Discover. If for any reason the information you provide for credit card payment is incorrect, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled.

Be sure to include the check or money order (including $18.25 S&H) made payable to Carfood.com a list of the products you wish to order and your shipping address, contact information and telephone number. For checks, also include your driver's license number and date of birth. Orders via Money Order will be shipped out upon receipt. Orders via Check will be shipped within 10 Days.

Returns

Once Equiptment is shipped and recieved in good condition it is not returnable under any circumstances. Equipment once sold is considered by Industry standards used. EQUIPMENT IS NOT RETURNABLE AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any shipping damage will be covered by damaged claim with shipping company. Any defect or in workmanship or condition with equipment will be serviced by the Manufacturers Warranty. Except Equipment, Carfood.com offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Hassle Free. Just contact our Customer Service Department at for a return authorization number (RMA#). You can also request an RMA# by e-mail. Please specify your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return. No Shipments Will Be Recieved Without An R.M.A. #

Returned products that are not in resonable condition will be charged a restocking/handling fee. Credit will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

International Orders

Payment on all international orders or any order over $2,500.00 will be through secure bank to bank wire transfer. Goods will not be shipped untill we have recieved confirmation of the said transfer. It should be noted that the responsibility of any tarriffis, customs charges, doucument charges, or port of entry charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
